Co-curricular activities constitute an important part of the educational orientation of our school. Therefore, all the students are expected to participate actively in any one CCA item.
The following are the activities the school offers:
A. Fine Arts
Students are given exposure to a series of fine arts activities which include the following:
Music – The core of our provision beyond the curriculum is a high-quality coaching scheme for students who take private lessons with special tutors.
Dance – The course is unique and exciting. Students develop strength, flexibility, rhythm and coordination along with discipline, focus and drive. They have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in a variety of movement arts and dance genres which include Folkdance, Contemporary, Western and Fusion dances. The students are trained by highly skilled dance teachers who work part-time as well as full-time.
The coaching of particular dance items like western, fusion and contemporary dances will be done in connection with different events and celebrations. Apart from this, no dance training will be conducted on a regular basis except for classical dance. The training for the dances will be time-bound. Students who sign-up for any one of them will be called to undergo training for specific occasions. Children’s participation in the items will be assessed and given grades. Fees will be charged as per the student’s actual performance.
Craft – These classes are an opportunity for those who really like to create, and to develop their artistic talent. There are art projects where pupils can make or create all sorts of interesting and exciting objects using different materials. Pupils have the opportunity to sketch, paint, collage, sculpt, design, model clay, carve wood and stone and do gardening.

The martial arts group concentrates particularly on training students in the popular defence technique of Karate.
